This installment of EIT pulled me through so many different emotions right out of the gate. I laughed, swooned, cried a little, and my heart hurt for Perry and Dex as I went along. Loved everything about it, and now I miss Perry a little. Even though she is in the story, throughout, she's become like a friend and I hurt for her so many times here, just wanting to hear what's in her heart and mind. This, to me, is a sign of how great KH's writing is. Had we gotten the story from Perry's pov, I'm sure i wound have felt the same way and wanted Dex. I just can't get enough of either of these characters. Can't wait for the next installment. Thankfully, knowing Karina, it won't be a long wait.
