I got absolutely nothing accomplished today because of this book. I just could not put it down. When I read the synopsis of the book, I felt very nervous because it reminded me of another book I read with a kidnapping scenario with possible Stockholm syndrome outcomes and that book made me very uncomfortable but, after finishing this one, the other seems like a Disney movie in comparison. This book made me extremely uncomfortable. It's a good thing though because it pushed my boundaries and made me question what is right and wrong. In the end, I never felt any love toward Caleb but I respect the hell out of Olivia and look forward to the next part of their story. Olivia, in stating that she needed to save herself, is a stronger character than 75% of the heroines I have read in books with similar themes. Looking forward to how she does save herself, I have a lot of faith that she will.
