My boys loved it. Peter Nimble is a blind thief who stumbles upon a mysterious haberdasher one evening and ends up being swept into a grand adventure. There is magic, good vs evil, talking animals, and a dogfish. It felt like this story was comprised of little pieces of many of the classic tales that I grew up loving. My main reason for giving it five stars is because of how invested my kids were while I read. They would literally beg me to read "just one more chapter" every night and I'd listen to them theorize what was going to happen next after I turned out the light. Now, the only complaint I have is that we are having a hard time trying to find something to read next.
